2. Products & Orders

2.1. All products are described as accurately as possible, but we cannot guarantee that colors, textures, or details will appear exactly as displayed on your screen.

2.2. Prices are listed in NZD and include GST where applicable.

2.3. We reserve the right to limit or refuse any order at our discretion.

2.4. Orders are confirmed only when you receive an order confirmation email.

3. Payment

3.1. We accept secure payments via credit/debit cards.

3.2. Payments must be completed before orders are processed.

3.3. If your payment fails or is unauthorized, we reserve the right to cancel your order.

4. Shipping & Delivery

4.1. We currently ship within New Zealand. International shipping may be available in the future.

4.2. Shipping costs and estimated delivery times will be displayed at checkout.

4.3. Once an order has been dispatched, we are not responsible for delays or lost parcels caused by the courier service.

5. Returns & Refunds

5.1. Due to the nature of our skincare products, we do not accept returns for hygiene reasons.

5.2. If you receive a damaged or incorrect product, please contact us at lumebotanicals@gmail.com within 7 days of receiving your order.

5.3. Refunds or replacements are issued at our discretion after reviewing your claim.

6. Skin Sensitivities & Allergies

6.1. Our products are made with natural ingredients, but we cannot guarantee that they will be suitable for all skin types.

6.2. Always perform a patch test before using any new product.

6.3. Lume Botanicals is not responsible for any allergic reactions or adverse effects.
